Our tax organizer is designed to help you organize your individual income tax information and make sure you don’t miss any deductions. This basic organizer includes the most important information that we will need to prepare your individual income tax return. Please return it to us along with your tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, etc.). When completing the organizer, you can ignore the Prior Year Amount column. Once you become a client, in future years we can provide you with your own organizer that includes that column showing your prior year income and deductions for comparison.
